Hartland Erupts in 4th For Title

No one saw that coming.
The McAdam High Warriors were 10 minutes away from winning the New Brunswick single A Final 12 championship on Harbour Station hardwood in Saint John.
Then, the Hartland Community School Huskies dug deep.
How deep?
Real deep.
Hartland hung 27 fourth quarter points on the board, erasing a 42-31 deficit and went on to post a stunning, 58-51 win over McAdam to capture the Final 12 title in dramatic fashion.
McAdam had a 25-22 lead at halftime, but outscored the Huskies 17-9 in the third and appeared in control before Hartland thrilled its caravan of fans in the Port City.
Owen Nancekievill had 28 points and secured 13 rebounds to lead Hartland. Ethan Culberson sunk 15 and Dana
Riley Goodwin smoked 25 for the Warriors and had eight rebounds. Brody Scott hauled down a remarkable 15 boards and added 10 points and Jayden McGillicuddy had nine points and eight rebounds.
